Jeff Syme is an experienced IT professional with a focus on storage support and management. Currently serving as a StorNext Software Support Specialist at Quantum since April 2015, Jeff has previously held various technical positions, including L2 Storage Support at XIO Storage and Business Recovery Specialist at Hewlett-Packard. At Hewlett-Packard, Jeff led a team dedicated to supporting mission-critical storage environments and played a key role in customer engagement, contract management, and the establishment of operational protocols.
