Jorge Oseguera

Jorge Oseguera has extensive experience in engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer II at Quantum since April 1992. In this role, responsibilities include acting as a manager, leading service meetings on DXi, StorNext, and Lattus products, assigning escalated cases, and coordinating 7x24 customer support. Additionally, Jorge collaborates with upper management and various teams on high-visibility escalations and provides remote technical support for complex issues across diverse environments. Prior positions include Senior Sustaining Engineer roles at Quantum Corporation and ATL Products, as well as advanced technical roles at Quantum Corporation's Storage Systems Group and Odetics. Jorge began his career as a Senior Engineering Technician at VERTEQ, INC. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from ITT Technical Institute.
