David Obrien

David O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Quantum5, a learning sustainment technology company focused on improving the customer experience in the automotive industry. Prior to Quantum5, David worked as a Partner at MindWire, a Predictive Index Elite Partner firm, where they utilized their passion for understanding and helping people. David also served as a Board Member at Marcom Results Group, a training provider for auto dealerships, for eight years. Before that, David was the President of Crucible Development Group, a performance solutions firm specializing in learning development and implementation. David also held the position of Senior Associate for Global Accounts & Strategic Alliance Partner at The Predictive Group, where they worked in partnership with Crucible to deliver client results. David began their career at Aon companies, where they held various positions including Vice President of Training and Director of Operations.

David O'Brien received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and History from Loyola University Chicago between 1982 and 1986. Their education history does not include any other formal degrees or fields of study from Boston College or any other institution.
