Alistair Mitchell

Alistair Mitchell is a Director at Quantuma, having joined the firm in May 2025, where they work in the Restructuring Advisory team based in Edinburgh. With a career in corporate restructuring that began in 2003, Alistair qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1998 and is also a qualified Insolvency Practitioner. They have substantial experience advising on corporate insolvency procedures and specialize in members’ voluntary liquidations and s110 reconstructions. Prior to Quantuma, Alistair held senior managerial roles at RSM Tenon and FRP Advisory, as well as an audit position at Baker Tilly. Alistair’s educational background includes qualifications from ACCA, AAT, and the Joint Insolvency Examination Board.
