Jocelyn S.

Jocelyn S. is a Senior Lead at Quantum Consumer Solutions: Insight & Design Strategy, where they focus on consumer insights and design strategies. Previously, they served as a Senior Designer-Ethnographer at NCR Corporation from 2013 to 2018, utilizing qualitative research to enhance consumer experiences. Jocelyn also worked as a Design Researcher at both ASUS and Outofstock Design Studio earlier in their career. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the National University of Singapore, complemented by studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Jocelyn has been involved with UNGRUMP as a Designer since 2016.
