Rafael Sousa

Rafael Sousa is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Building Skills since January 2024 and as Senior Software Engineer at QuantumIT since April 2020. With a substantial background at Rakuten Brasil from January 2009 to March 2020, Rafael held various positions including Tech Lead, where responsibilities included team leadership, technical decision-making, and the management of development and testing practices for projects such as RkLog, RkMarketplace, and RkApp Store. Rafael also played a pivotal role as Analyst Developer Specialist, focusing on the architecture of a comprehensive logistics solution, and as Analyst Developer, contributing to the first Brazilian Marketplace.
