QuantumLoopAI is the UK's leading AI receptionist for NHS primary care.

Every morning, millions of patients compete for GP phone lines that were never designed to handle modern demand. The result: jammed switchboards, frustrated patients, and reception teams ground down by relentless call volumes and, too often, abusive interactions.

EMMA, our AI receptionist, eliminates this entirely. Built specifically for general practice, EMMA answers every patient call instantly during surgery hours with no queue, no hold music, and no missed calls. She handles both clinical and administrative enquiries, safely triaging patients to the right outcome and integrating directly with NHS tools including Accurx.

EMMA now serves over 2 million NHS patients across hundreds of GP surgeries and PCNs, making QuantumLoopAI the most widely adopted AI receptionist in UK primary care. Practices using EMMA typically see call-handling costs reduce by up to 80%, while patient access and satisfaction improve dramatically.

For reception teams, the impact is transformative. Staff describe EMMA as their favourite colleague. freed from constant phone pressure, they can focus on the in-person, patient-facing work that drew them to the role.

QuantumLoopAI is DTAC certified and built to meet NHS clinical safety standards. We work with GP surgeries, PCNs, and ICBs committed to making primary care more accessible, efficient, and sustainable.
