Hansong Huang

Hansong Huang is a mechanical engineering R&D leader with extensive experience in engineered ceramics and plastics materials. Previously, Huang worked at Saint-Gobain Research North America as a Principal Research Engineer and later as a Director at Amcor Rigid Packaging, where they led engineering design for a $3 billion division. Currently, Huang serves as a Principal Member of the Technical Staff at QuantumScape, focusing on the development of lithium metal solid-state batteries. Huang holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Stanford University, along with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering & Computer Science.
