Ken Lim

Ken Lim is a Senior Technical Program Manager at QuantumScape, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional goal-setting processes, developing probabilistic scheduling methods, and presenting budget forecasts to senior leadership. Previously, Ken served as a Technical Program Manager at Kairos Power, scaling up a chemical separation process and managing a multi-million dollar budget for R&D projects. Ken has also worked as a Graduate Student Consultant at Lilac Solutions, Inc., and Berkeley Innovative Solutions Consulting, focusing on supply chain vulnerabilities and technology due diligence, respectively. Early in the career, Ken gained research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at Idaho National Laboratory and MIT D-Lab. Ken holds both an MS and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
