Koustav Ganguly

Koustav Ganguly has a diverse work experience spanning over thirteen years. Koustav began their career as an undergraduate student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and then worked as a Research Intern at various organizations including GE, IFW Dresden, and the National Metallurgical Laboratory. Koustav later joined the University of Minnesota as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they contributed to research projects until 2018. In 2018, Koustav joined Intel Corporation as a Process Engineer and worked there for three years. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Process Engineer at QuantumScape since November 2022, after previously serving as a Senior Process Engineer. Overall, Koustav's experience showcases their expertise in process engineering and research.

Koustav Ganguly completed their Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2007 to 2012. Afterwards, they pursued a Doctoral degree in Materials Science from the University of Minnesota, from 2012 to 2018.
