Poching Tsai

Poching Tsai has a strong background in coating and engineering processes. They started their career at Chi Mei Optoelectronics, where they worked as an Engineer in the TFT ETCH department. At Chi Mei, Poching conducted plasma etching, set up and maintained dry etching instruments, tested and improved manufacturing processes, and implemented quality control and defect analysis.
