Ross Weijer

Ross Weijer has worked in various roles across different companies since 2012. Ross started their career at NPV Advisors as a Research Associate, where they performed quality control reviews and trained new associates. Ross then transitioned to Midwest Physician Administrative Services as a Data Scientist, building data-driven software solutions to track performance and improve patient care. In 2017, Ross joined Datascope Analytics as a Data Scientist, working on projects such as monitoring consumer sentiment and developing product recommendation frameworks. Ross also played a key role in IDEO as a Senior Data Scientist / Designer, where they implemented a search API for healthcare needs and contributed to the development of a telehealth service. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at QuantumScape, building software to analyze electrical tests for research initiatives.

Ross Weijer has a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Music Composition and Theory from the University of Chicago, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Ross also has a Master's Degree in Analytics from The University of Chicago Graham School, which they pursued from 2014 to 2015.
