Thomas Fallon

Thomas Fallon is an experienced executive currently serving as EVP of Business Development at Sanmina since January 2022, and as a Partner at 4-Good Ventures. Additionally, Thomas holds an advisory role on the board at QuantumScape and has been a Board Member at Hercules Capital, Inc. since June 2016, where Thomas chairs the nominating and governance committee. Involvement with The University of Texas at Austin includes advisory roles on the Presidents Development Board and the Engineering Advisory Council. Thomas previously held significant leadership roles at Infinera, including CEO and COO, where strategic decisions led to successful transitions and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes various executive positions at Cisco Systems and board memberships at Picarro, Inc. and the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. Thomas holds a BSME and MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
