Zhenfeng (Frank) Yu is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at QuantumScape since July 2017, specializing in all solid-state electrode fabrication process development, including both research and development as well as scale-up efforts. Yu leads the cathode production team, overseeing multiple processes such as densification, metrology, and product quality. Previously, from March 2016 to July 2017, Yu served as a Wet Chemistry Analyst at Curtis & Tompkins Laboratories, where responsibilities included preparing and analyzing water and soil samples using various wet chemistry tests and preparing chemical reagents and calibration standards. Zhenfeng (Frank) Yu holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the College of Chemistry at UC Berkeley, obtained in 2015.
