Kevin Phelps

Prior to QuantumWork, Kevin started with TEKsystems, a flagship company within Allegis Group, in 1991, and has held a number of executive sales leadership and strategic product development roles including VP of Financial Services, Executive Director of IT Solutions, Managing Director of Risk & Compliance, Director of National Sales and Director of MSP Engagement.

His career goals have always aligned to driving business development opportunities from conception through execution, and leading sales and delivery teams to success. Kevin’s background includes significant experience in helping launch and build new businesses that intertwine technology platforms with recruiting operations.
