Wascar Perez

Wascar Perez is currently a Data Engineer at QuantumWork. Prior to this, they were an ETL Developer at Trellance from September 2019 to January 2022. There, they designed, built, and maintained scalable data warehouses, data models, and data processing pipelines using Python and MS SQL server, and MS Azure. They also have experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse and integrating data from multiple source systems which includes RDBMS, CSV, JSON, and XML.

Before that, Wascar was an AVP and Business Analytics Sr. Analyst at Citi from December 2018 to September 2019. There, they drove continuous improvement in developing and managing the automation of Risk and Enterprise based programs and processes. They also built software and systems to manage infrastructure and applications through automation. Lastly, they participated in projects involving upstream and downstream data flows and processes to ensure compliance with data governance policy.

Wascar began their career as a Senior Data Analyst at Envision Physician Services in July 2015, where they remained until November of 2018.

Wascar Perez graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami.

They are on a team with Alison Odell - Customer Success Manager, Alex Nemeth - Manager of Recruitment Operations, and Scott Harris - Customer Success Manager. Wascar Perez reports to Randy Gulian, Co-Founder & General Manager.
