Quantumz.io is a Warsaw-based quantum computing studio building practical technologies that help organizations move from classical optimization toward hybrid quantum-classical computing.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between classical and quantum systems through physics-inspired algorithms and hybrid solutions that address complex optimization problems with real-world usability. Rather than waiting for future hardware maturity,
Quantumz.io focuses on solutions that deliver value on today’s infrastructure while keeping customers ready for the next generation of quantum-enabled workflows.

Quantumz.io combines scientific depth with an execution mindset. We research themes include topology-agnostic QUBO solving, hybrid optimization pipelines, benchmarking of quantum-classical performance, and scientifically grounded quantum-readiness for enterprise applications. We highlight values such as talent, transparency, effectiveness, and positive impact on humanity, while promoting a remote-friendly and flexible work culture.
