About us

Quantus CMI is an independent construction cost and risk advisory firm based in Vancouver, BC. We provide lenders, developers, and owners with numbers they can defend, backed by professional credentials and a structural commitment to independence. Our advice is grounded in how buildings actually get built, not just modeled.

What we do

	•	Quantity Surveying: We deliver independent cost planning, elemental estimates, and budget substantiation through every stage of a project.
	•	Construction Loan Monitoring: We conduct pre-funding cost reviews and provide progress draw certification to protect lender capital and keep developers funded on schedule.
	•	Financing Connections: We facilitate introductions to private lenders, Mortgage Investment Corporations (MICs), and institutional capital, strategically matched to the project.

Leadership & Expertise

Quantus CMI’s advisory services are deeply rooted in practical construction experience and professional credentials.

With over 15 years of experience, we have successfully advised on more than 220 projects across the residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sectors, representing over $2.31 billion in project value.
