Previous positions include Service Planner and Service Support Supervisor at JDSU, where responsibilities encompassed service support for product launches and managing customer service backlogs. Sean’s earlier career includes roles as a Repair/Senior Repair Technician at Acterna and a Manufacturing Technician at TTC. Sean holds an Associate's Degree in Specialized Technology from Electronic Institutes, completed in 1992.
