Keimpe Algra

Algra has over 25 years of Telco and IT experience and a solid technical background with extensive commercial and financial skills.

Algra graduated from Twente University with an MSc and joined KPN in 1991, leaving in 1998 to work for start-up service providers adopting new technologies and business models.

Algra is the CEO of Quanza (2018–Present).

Algra founded BaByXL Broadband (1999–2002) and held leadership roles at Worldmax, including founder and COO/CTO (2006–2009) and CEO (2009–2012).

Algra has served as Managing Director of Enertel Wireless BV (2004–2006) and Infield BV (2012–2017), and has built an extensive international network of Telco and IT relationships.
