Tom Morgan

Tom Morgan is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing a diverse array of projects, including student housing, higher education, hotels, commercial buildings, laboratories, medical facilities, and parking decks. Currently serving as Senior Director of Construction at Quarterra Group since June 2018, Tom previously held the role of Sr. Director of Construction at Lennar Multifamily Investors, LLC from December 2014 to August 2022. Prior to that, Tom was a Sr. Project Manager at Cambridge Swinerton Builders Inc and Carter, and held the position of Assistant Regional Construction Manager at JPI Construction, successfully delivering multiple Class A multi-family projects in Georgia and Tennessee. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland between 1985 and 1989.
