Tom Poulos

Tom Poulos is a seasoned professional in product development and construction management with extensive experience in the multifamily housing sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Development at Quarterra Group, Tom leads national multifamily prototypes, develops product designs, and manages strategic partnerships, contributing to the company's product expansion and operational efficiency. Previously, Tom held various roles at Power Construction, culminating as Project Manager, overseeing large-scale multifamily community developments, and had earlier experience at ARCO/Murray National Construction Company as Project Manager. Tom holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
