Mike Miller

Michael Miller is a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Quartic Solutions, specializing in public utility networks for the City of San Diego since February 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst in the California Army National Guard from July 2015 to July 2021, where skills in imagery analysis and intelligence production were developed.
