Anna Kolendo

Anna Kolendo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and transaction organization. Since 2010, they have served as the President of Nieruchomosci Odszkodowania Biznes and continue to hold this position, while also serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at both Quarticon and Spóldzielnia Mieszkaniowa KOŁO since 2023. In previous roles, they were the Director of Information Obligations at POLAQUA from 2007 to 2016 and an Expert in Investor Relations at Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. from 2018 to 2022. Their extensive background includes working in communication at PGE Systemy S.A. and contributing to the Polish Association of Listed Companies from 2004 to 2007.
