Monica Oi is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Director of People at Quartile, the world's largest retail media optimization platform, since September 2022. Previously, Monica held roles including HR Business Partner at Insense, where direct reporting to the CEO occurred, and HR Manager at Influx, specializing in scalable support solutions for prominent brands.
