Jake House

Jake House is currently an advisor at Quartix. Prior to that, they were a managing partner at Community 1st Advisors from November 2015 to February 2019. Jake has also served as executive director of North Carolina for Citizen Schools from January 2013 to November 2015, and as a Broad Resident for Pittsburgh Public Schools from August 2010 to December 2012.

Mr. House has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Jake began their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 1998, where they held various positions over the next 12 years, including senior manager of marketing partnerships, director of marketing partnerships, and managing director of global sales. In 2010, they left Starwood to become managing director at The Westwood Group.

Mr. House has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jake House has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland College Park in Marketing. Jake also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Lastly, they have a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems.
