Ashley Machen, SHRM-CP, has served as the Manager of People & Culture at Quartus Engineering since July 2015, leading performance management activities, employee relations counseling, and compensation initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Previously held roles in human resources included People Operations Specialist, Senior People Operations Specialist, HR Coordinator, and Office Manager at Quartus Engineering, where Ashley managed benefits programs and onboarding processes. Prior experience includes positions as Sales Manager and Administrative Assistant at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Inventory Support Specialist at Road Runner Sports. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from California State University San Marcos and an HR Management certification from UC San Diego.
