Melissa Moreno

Melissa Moreno has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources California (PHR-CA) through HRCI and as a Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Melissa joined Quartus in 2015 and has over 15 years of Human Resources experience with a strong background in Labor Law Compliance and Employee Relations. Her passion is leading People Operations and Talent Acquisition initiatives for small and medium-sized companies.
