Ricardo Tinoco

Ricardo Tinoco is an experienced professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Quartux since January 2025. Previously held positions include Head of People México & Talent Lead at Habi, where strategic leadership and the implementation of innovative HR strategies resulted in significant improvements in recruitment efficiency. Ricardo also established global processes while ensuring compliance as People Operations Global Manager for Mexico and Colombia. Additional roles at Tu Cantón, Frubana, MiFixer, Rappi, and CCSMART reflect a strong track record in developing HR departments, optimizing operations, and enhancing talent acquisition.
