Kada Arun

Kada Arun has several years of experience in various roles in the field of account management and customer service. They started their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco from September 2015 to November 2017. They then transitioned to IQPC, where they held positions such as Delegate Acquisition Manager and Delegate Acquisition Team Leader from November 2017 to October 2020. In these roles, Kada specialized in areas such as operational excellence, customer contact, intelligent automation, and customer experience strategies. They also worked as a Director of Audience Development at IQPC Exchange from October 2020 to January 2021. Currently, Kada is working as a Senior Account Manager - IT at Quartz Network, where they facilitate one-to-one meetings with C-suite attendees for solution providers in the cybersecurity, cloud, digital transformation, and data sectors.

Kada Arun studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Brighton from 2014 to 2017, earning a 2:2 degree.
