Marco A. has extensive work experience in the field of design. Marco began their career at Canon Communications, where they held multiple roles, including Graphic Production Artist, Associate Art Director, Senior Art Director, and eventually Head Art Director. During their time at Canon Communications, Marco managed art directors and was responsible for all artistic elements, including hands-on design.

After leaving Canon Communications, Marco joined UBM plc as a Creative Director and later became the Group Creative Director. In this role, they managed a team of 23 multi-disciplinary designers and oversaw the creative direction and rebranding of 38 trade shows and 16 media brands. Marco also managed senior and associate art directors, conducted video interviews at trade show events, and directed two annual award shows.

Following their tenure at UBM plc, Marco founded Creative 360 Design, an innovative multimedia design agency. As the Creative Director, they utilized creative briefs and marketing research to strategize creative solutions for clients across various mediums, including print, digital, social, video, and environmental. Marco also utilized Adobe Creative Suite for design and presentation purposes.

Most recently, Marco A. worked at Quartz Network as the Head Of Design. In this role, they were responsible for establishing the look and feel and brand development for the company. Marco managed Art Directors, Junior Designers, and freelancers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work.
