Max K. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Max served as the Chief Executive Officer at Quarzwerke GmbH and United Cement Group, where they provided leadership and strategic guidance. At Quarzwerke, they also served as an Agile Coach and Head of Transformation. Prior to that, Max worked as a Sales Business Development Director at Plannja AB, and as a Purchasing Manager at URSA. Max began their career at Holcim, where they held multiple roles including Auditor, Supply Chain & Development Director (CIS Region), and Supply Chain Development Manager (Ukraine). Max has a strong background in business development, supply chain management, and leadership.

Max K. has a diverse education history. Max obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree from The J. K. University in Poland from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at the University of Technology in Poland from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Vinnytsia Technical College in Ukraine, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996.
