Daniel Marchant

Daniel Marchant is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the design and testing of structural components for electric vehicles and motorcycles. As Head of Vehicle Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at Dott since September 2021, Daniel has led various engineering initiatives. Prior to this role, Daniel served as Senior Manager - Chassis Engineer at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included project leadership for 2-wheeler EV structural parts. Daniel also held key positions at Etergo and NOZEM Amsterdam, focusing on design engineering and mechanical solutions. With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Design and Innovation from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in structural validation, supplier communication, and the development of bespoke testing rigs across multiple sectors, including automotive and aerospace.
