Marcus Perry currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University and has held the position of Executive Director of Music & Worship Arts at Mount Zion Nashville since February 2016. In addition, Marcus functions as a Music Producer for QuaverEd and operates as a self-employed Musician, Producer, and Engineer since June 2001. Marcus was also an Accompanist at KIPP Nashville from June 2008 to June 2020 and worked as a Substitute Teacher and Interim Exceptional Ed Resource Teacher with Metro Nashville Public Schools. Earlier in the academic career, Marcus was a Contracted/Student Music Director at Belmont University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music and a Master of Music in Commercial Music, Composition and Arranging, both obtained from Belmont University.
