Suzanne Johnson

Suzanne Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Suzanne began their career as Vice President, Operations at Bank of New England from 1980 to 1985. Suzanne then joined Horrigan Companies as Vice President Operations, where they managed credit and collections operations and implemented a loan operations and accounting system. Suzanne then transitioned to Pegasystems as a Product Consultant from 1989 to 1993, followed by a role as Director of Customer Service at Intranet, Inc. (now part of ACI) from 1993 to 1997. Suzanne later worked at Guild Hill Associates as the Owner and Consultant from 2002 to 2010. Suzanne then spent eight years at Pegasystems as a Product Manager, Banking Software from 2010 to 2018. Most recently, they are working as a Business Consultant at Quavo, Inc. since 2019.

Suzanne Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Boston College. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
