Max Lee

Max Lee is an experienced recruitment consultant at Quay Crew since August 2021, specializing in engineering recruitment and previously recruiting captains and chefs for various yachts. Prior to this role, Max served as a deckhand on multiple Feadship Superyachts from February 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included yacht maintenance and daily operations. Earlier career experience includes working as a Bank Network Associate at J.P. Morgan from March 2016 to February 2018, focusing on improving project efficiency, and as an Account Executive at Redweb from September 2014 to March 2016, managing client relationships and leading a team. Max's education includes studies at Bournemouth & Poole College and Clayesmore School in Dorset.
