Christopher Read

Christopher Read serves as the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and Director at Qube Research & Technologies since January 2024. Prior to this role, Christopher had a long tenure at Winton from 2007 to 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Recruitment, Reward, and HR Operations functions. Notably, Christopher managed compensation, benefits, and payroll operations across seven countries in EMEA, the USA, and Asia. Additional experience includes roles such as Lead Technical Recruiter, Communications Manager, and Communications Analyst. Christopher began a career in philanthropy as a CardAid Graduate Intern and played rugby for Leicester Tigers RUFC, achieving significant accolades. Academically, Christopher holds an Executive MBA from Imperial Business School and degrees in Economics, Politics, and International Studies from the University of Warwick, along with studies in Economics and Management at the University of Konstanz.
