Eric Wen

Eric Wen began their work experience in 2009 as a Reservoir Engineer at Talisman Energy and later became a Development Engineer. In 2012, they joined Enersight as a Consultant and stayed there until 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. From 2017 to 2020, Eric worked at Bain & Company, starting as a Consultant and later becoming a Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Qube Technologies as the COO.

Eric Wen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at London Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Mechatronics option from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Eric Wen participated in The Real Vision TV Case Study Investment Challenge hosted by The Economist, earning a certification for their participation in November 2015.
