Jad Barsoum

Jad Barsoum is an experienced professional in institutional affairs, currently serving as Vice-président of affaires institutionnelles at Québecor since March 2019, where Jad previously held the position of Directeur principal. Prior to joining Québecor, Jad Barsoum worked at the Cabinet du premier ministre as a Conseiller aux opérations et au protocole from September 2016 to October 2018, and as a Conseiller politique at the Cabinet de la ministre de la Justice from May 2014 to September 2016. Jad Barsoum also served as Président of the Jeune Barreau de Québec from May 2013 to May 2014, and practiced law as an Avocat at Jolicoeur Lacasse between January 2010 and May 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Université de Sherbrooke, both completed between 2005 and 2008.
