Queen City Realty is a woman-owned business and has sold REOs for Fannie Mae, Bank of America, WAMU, GMAC, One West Bank and Wells Fargo and uses RES-NET and Equator as our transaction software.  We also have a full-time support staff ready to service your next property.

We are a “soup to nuts” REO team - handling everything from property valuations, pre-foreclosure, cash for keys, marketing and closing.  We follow a very strict timeline which enables our clients to maximize property values and minimize loss.  

The broker, Robin Reed, is a member in good standing of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and has also been certified to do BPOs by the National Valuation Standards Institute.
