Brooke Samuelson

Director, Social Adult Day Program

Brooke Samuelson is the Director of the Social Adult Day Program at Queens Community House, where they focus on providing support to the geriatric population. Previously, Brooke held the position of Program Director at Selfhelp Community Services, Inc., overseeing a NORC program that offered case management and crisis intervention. With a background that includes work as a Social Worker and Intake Coordinator at the NY Psychotherapy and Counseling Center, as well as experience at the Carter Burden Network, Brooke has dedicated their career to geriatric social work and mental health. Brooke earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College and a Master of Social Work from Fordham University.
