Queer Varna Foundation is the first LGBTI+ non-governmental organization based in Varna, Bulgaria, working to advance equality, protect human rights, and strengthen the local queer community.

We believe that everyone deserves to live openly, safely, and with dignity. Through advocacy and community building, we create and support safer and more inclusive spaces where LGBTI+ people can connect, thrive, and be visible.

As the organizers of Varna Queer Fest, we use culture and art to celebrate queer identities, foster dialogue, and inspire lasting social change.

We collaborate with local and international partners and institutions to build a more inclusive and equitable society.

We envision a future where diversity is celebrated, equality is a reality, and every LGBTI+ person can live free from discrimination and exclusion - not only in Varna, but everywhere in the world.
