IT Business Support Manager at Quench

Gia O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gia started their career in 1994 at GlaxoSmithKline, where they worked as an IT Support Manager until 2003. In 2010, Gia became a Business Owner at Saxbys and managed the company until 2012. From 2005 to 2017, they transitioned into the Sales and Marketing Specialist role, initially as the owner of Exclusive Club Vacations, which later merged with Providence Realty Services. Their responsibilities included assisting timeshare owners in renting their unused allocations at various luxury resorts. Gia then joined Quench USA, Inc. in 2017, first as an IT Project Planning Manager, and since 2020, they have been the IT Business Support Manager. In 2021, Gia moved to Americas Culligan International, Quench, as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager.

Gia O'Donnell completed their Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Gia later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Philadelphia University from 1998 to 2001. Prior to their higher education, Gia attended Perkiomen Valley High School.
