Sue Johnson

Sue Johnson started their work experience in 1991 at Ciba, where they served as a General Ledger, Inventory Accountant, and Capital Project Cost Analyst. Sue reconciled subsystems to the general ledger, prepared journal entries for month-end closing, and analyzed account balances. Sue also issued monthly inventory target reports and conducted annual physical inventories.

In 1999, they worked at Acsys as an Accounting Manager for White Cap, Inc. Sue prepared all journal entries for month-end closing, reconciled balance sheet accounts, reconciled intercompany account balances, and prepared monthly balance sheets and income statements. Sue also implemented MAS90 accounting software.

Later in 1999, Sue joined Accountants on Call as a General Ledger/Staff Accountant for JBA International and Johnson Matthey. Sue reconciled and analyzed balance sheet accounts, reconciled bank statements to the general ledger, processed accounts payable invoices, and prepared journal entries for month-end closing. Sue also reconciled monthly activity for open capital jobs and analyzed inventory activity for raw materials. Sue calculated monthly waste disposal and prepared journal entries for month-end closing.

From 2000 to 2014, Sue worked at IBM as a Senior Accountant. Sue completed the month-end closing schedule, prepared journal entries for month-end closing, processed accounts receivable write-offs and refunds, and maintained/revised fixed assets. Sue also created and maintained financial reports and reconciled/analyzed balance sheet accounts. Sue was responsible for maintaining SOX documentation and reconciling Accounts Receivable adjustments and General Ledger new account codes.

Since 2015, Sue has been working as a Senior Accountant at Quench USA, Inc.

Sue Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics/Chemistry from Millsaps College. Sue also holds two Master's degrees, one in Accountancy and the other in Science with a specialization in Mathematics, from the University of Mississippi.
