Michael Lückgen started their work experience in 2011 as a Game Designer and Scripter at Daedalic Entertainment GmbH. In 2012, they served as a Student Assistant at Technische Universität Ilmenau until 2014. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Rapid Venture Accounting GmbH. In 2015, they established their own venture called Michael Lückgen, where they developed and managed an interactive comic book called "Return NULL," which was published by Digital Tribe Games. Also in 2015, they joined TeamShirts as a Software Engineer until 2018 when they became a Senior Software Engineer. Michael continued their role as a Senior Software Engineer at TeamShirts until December 2021. In 2022, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Quentic.
Michael Lückgen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medientechnologie from Technische Universität Ilmenau in 2008-2013. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Medientechnologie from the same university, completing it in 2013-2015.
