Kevin Peña

Kevin Peña has worked in the tech industry for four years. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer for Twilio Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Lead Developer for QUEO from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they specialized in technological solutions for private parking lots with the goal of increasing revenue, optimizing spaces, increasing security for co-properties, and returning control to administrations and owners over their own private parking lots. Kevin was results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and focused on adding value with transparency and security, with experience in strategy, development, and design objectives. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Operations Engineer for Petrex S.A.

Kevin Peña completed a Grado en Ingeniería (Degree in Engineering) from Universidad de América in 2016, focusing on Ingeniería del petróleo (Petroleum Engineering). In the same year, they obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in Computer Software Engineering. In 2017, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate 76/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET). In 2018, they obtained a Desarrollador Fullstack y Aplicaciones Hibridas (Fullstack Developer and Hybrid Applications) certification from Fedesoft, as well as an IELTS Academic Examination 6.5/9.0 (Competent User) from the British Council.
