Dean Bogdanovic is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at QuEra Computing Inc. since February 2025, Dean previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Alef from January 2022 to June 2024. Dean is the Founder and former CEO of Volta Networks, where significant contributions were made from June 2015 to January 2022. Earlier in the career at Juniper Networks, Dean served as a Distinguished Engineer from January 2011 to June 2015. Additional experience includes roles as an Evangelist at Counterpath, VP of Emerging Technologies, Solutions Architect, and Engineer at Bridgeport Networks, Network Architect at TAZZ Networks, and Engineer at MCK. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Zagreb and further education from COUO Rudjer Boskovic.
