Kevin Bagnall has worked for a variety of companies since 2009. Kevin began their career as a Summer Intern for the Sustainability Technology Group at ConocoPhillips in 2009. Kevin then went on to become a Graduate Research Assistant at MIT in 2011. In 2014, they were a Summer Intern for the Advanced Development Group at Analog Devices, Inc. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Technical Staff for the Laser Technology and Applications Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Finally, they are currently a Senior Quantum Engineer at QuEra Computing Inc. since 2022.
Kevin Bagnall received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2009. Kevin then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2013. In 2017, they received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
