Mark Hianik

Mark Hianik is an accomplished C-suite executive and general counsel with extensive experience in corporate functions such as human resources, insurance, risk management, and real estate. They served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Tribune Company from 1997 to 2008 and held several senior leadership positions, including General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Dex One Corporation. Currently, Mark is an Investor and Screening Committee Member at RTP Angel Fund and a Board Member and Advisor at Querious. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago.
