Amy Richards is a final year Medical Student (MB, BCh, BAO) at University College Cork, with special interests in medical oncology and palliative care medicine. Previously, Amy worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Teagasc from 2020 to 2022. In 2025, Amy became a Support Worker at Blackrock Health, assisting with various healthcare duties across multiple departments. Additionally, Amy is an Ambassador for Quesmed, a study platform designed for medical students. Amy also gained experience as an Exchange Student at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in 2025, focusing on surgery, vascular, urology, and emergency medicine.
